Retail Team Member & Customer Experience Champion

We’re looking for someone who wants to help us make that happen.

As our Retail Team Member & Customer Experience Champion, you’ll be at the heart of the Acorn & Pip side of the business. Your role is to make sure every customer has a brilliant experience, every corner of the shop looks its best and every visit feels effortless.

You’ll be helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for, keeping the shop beautifully merchandised, making sure the play area is welcoming and well looked after, supporting customers in the café and working closely with the hospitality team to make sure the whole space runs seamlessly.

This is a hands-on role, and we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in doing things well.

You’ll probably love this role if you…

• Have an eye for detail and notice the things other people miss.

• Love great retail and understand that the little things matter.

• Like being busy and getting stuck in.

• Take ownership instead of waiting to be asked.

We’re not looking for someone to simply work on the shop floor.

We’re looking for someone who’ll champion the customer experience, help us keep raising our standards and take real pride in the part they play in our business.

Retail experience is helpful, but attitude is everything.

We’re much more interested in kindness, initiative, work ethic and someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job.

Hospitality Team Member

We’ve got some exciting plans for the next chapter of Juno, and we’re looking for brilliant hospitality people to join us.

If you love great coffee, genuinely enjoy looking after people and thrive in a busy service, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for experienced baristas, bartenders and front of house professionals who take pride in what they do. People who understand that great hospitality is about getting the details right, working as a team and making every customer feel welcome.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be making consistently great coffee, serving food and drinks, looking after customers, working closely with the kitchen and helping deliver the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.

You’ll probably love this role if you…

• Have experience in hospitality, ideally as a barista, bartender or front of house team member.

• Can stay calm and positive when it’s busy.

• Take real pride in the quality of your work.

• Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

• Love creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

• Are reliable, proactive and happy to roll your sleeves up.
