Growing Things - Sticker & Activity Book

Join Rosie, Ren and Gran as they spot spring flowers, discover what grows in a greenhouse and taste the delicious foods that come from plants. Strawberries, blueberries, peas and carrots …YUM! This activity and sticker book is the perfect first introduction to the marvellous things that grow just outside our back door. With delightful illustrations by the much-loved Clair Rossiter and plenty of activities that link to the national curriculum for Key Stage 1, entertain little nature lovers by making paper flowers, creating a bee hotel and even baking a delicious apple cake.

Activities include: spotting spring flowers, planting sunflowers, learning what makes up a flower, making a cress head, growing your own basil, starting your own allotment and more. And over 300 stickers!

Clair Rossiter is an illustrator currently based just outside of London, and graduated from Falmouth University in 2014. She works mainly in gouache, ink and colouring pencils, before finishing her work digitally. Clair always seeks to create a sense of joy in her work through wobbly lines and imperfections. She also has a special talent for making a mess, and her desk is usually a precarious balancing act of paint pots and sketchbooks. When not drawing, Clair can often be found reading picture books and eating cheese.

Clair Rossiter is an illustrator based in Sutton, Greater London. She graduated from Falmouth University in 2014 and has freelanced ever since, working on a range of licensing, children’s publishing and editorial projects.

How much is home delivery?

• Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £50  (£4.95 for orders under £40)
• Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only)  - £6.95 orders must be placed before 2pm.
• International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.

Standard Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail. 

When will I get my order?

• We aim for orders, that are placed before 2pm, are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express.
• Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day .
• Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DPD must be placed before 2pm. 
• International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
